Projects include arterial roadways, municipal management and budgeting, capital program management, water and wastewater treatment facilities, water storage tanks, municipal reuse systems planning and implementation, pipelines, drainage and detention facilities and site planning and engineering. Mr. Cotten has been the Director of Public Works for the City of Lone Tree, Colorado by contract since 1997.
